I limit sessions to one or two clients per day to maintain quality and focus.

Before each session, I schedule a brief phone consultation to discuss your goals, current marketing strategy, and submission needs. This ensures your headshots are visually aligned with the roles and opportunities you’re pursuing.

A $100 retainer is required to reserve your session and is applied to your total.
Remaining balance is due on the day of your session after image review.**

At the conclusion of your session, we will briefly review your images together. Once you are satisfied, the remaining balance and a signed approval form are required to complete your session and begin post-production.
Frequently Asked Questions
How many people do you photograph in a day?
I photograph one or two headshot clients per day to ensure each session receives my full attention. This approach allows clients to feel relaxed and unhurried, resulting in natural, professional headshots.
Do you photograph in natural light or in a studio?
I shoot headshots in my air-conditioned, natural light studio in Studio City / Los Angeles. Occasionally, I use studio lighting to enhance skin tones, balance contrast, or create a specific mood, ensuring every headshot looks polished and professional.
Do you offer coaching or direction during the photoshoot?
Yes! Many clients feel nervous in front of the camera, so I provide personalized coaching and direction throughout the session. After we define your vision, I guide your performance to create headshots that clearly communicate your personality and professional goals.
What is your turnaround time for headshots?
After your session, you will receive a full online gallery within one business day.
If requested, a downloadable link of all images can be sent within an hour of the session at no extra charge.
Retouched images are ready within 5 business days, with rush orders available upon request.
What is your availability?
Availability varies week to week. To secure your preferred date, it’s best to call or email about one to two weeks in advance.
Can I see my images during the headshot session?
Yes! I show clients their images throughout the session to ensure we capture exactly what you need. This also helps make adjustments in real time, so your final headshots are exactly what you envisioned.
Do you offer high resolution and / or an online gallery of the headshot session?
All sessions include a private online gallery with every image from your session.
High-resolution files are available upon request at no extra cost.
Can I see samples of your headshot photography?

**What is your cancellation policy?
The $100 retainer is transferable to another session date if you cancel at least 3 full business days in advance (reschedule must occur within 3 months).
Cancellations within 3 business days of your session result in forfeiture of the retainer.
